I have a new scrap kit. Actually it's an old scrap kit. lol Old, because I've had it forever, and never posted it. In fact, I was about to toss it, but my daughter said I shouldn't.
It's a collection of old items that remind me of my great grandma, Carrie. I wasn't so sure it was something anyone would want, besides myself. I've decided to listen to my daugher and post it. Hopefuly there's something in it you can make use of.

New Tutorial : Howdy

I've been playing with PSP again. lol
I was trying to come up with an idea for a new template, and kept drawing a blank.
So then I thought, instead of coming up with
something new (which wasn't happening) why not use something
old and make it new?
You may not recognize it, but the template I used for my new tag is BP_template20.
I took away some of this, then added a touch of that, and Ta Dah, a new tag is born. lol
Ok, it's like just after 3 in the morning, so ya gotta work with me. lol
The new tutorial is simply called Howdy. sigh, will I ever be able to come up
with clever names? lol Probably not. lol

BP_template111 and Tutorial - Fantasy

I have a new template and a new tutorial to offer.
The template was actually an after-thought. lol
You see, I had asked for some suggestions on what to make
for a new tag and tut. Some said they liked purple and blue. Another
liked pink yellow and green. There was a suggestion for something spring, but
also something more summery. Also earth day. Oh, and one bumble bee. lol
All excellent suggestions. So when I saw the colors of the Jeff Wilkie beach I thought
I could incorporate many of the suggestions. Sorry, no bumble bee. lol
My optimization settings are still a bit fuzzy, but I hope the over all tag looks ok.

Anyway, I hope you like the template and the tutorial and will give them a try.

Can you believe it's taken me over a week to get this tutorial written and posted? I've just been so busy, I didn't have time to spend on it. sigh. However, I finally have it finished. I've name it Cutielicious.

It's an animated tag, but doesn't have to be if you don't like doing animations. There are no filters used either. A very easy peasy tag to make.

OMGoodness, I can't tell you just how sick my family has been these past two weeks. Heart attacks, pneumonia, flu, sinus infections, you name it, we've had it. It's been rough.

One of the worst parts about my being so sick, is, I lost my taste for my beloved coffee. lol Fortunately my taste buds are returning to normal and I am brewing coffee as I type. lol

I've made my newest template in Honor of my love for coffee. lol

Hello Blogger Friends.

This is just a brief message to let you know I'll be MIA for a little while. I haven't been able to make a new post in over a week, and it will probably be at least another week or longer before I can again.

Jan.30th my husband suffered a heart attack. Of course he chose to do so during our worst winter weather in a decade. He's home now and recovering.

Now I've come down with pneumonia and the flu. (Did you know you can have both at the same time?) Unfortunately, hubby has also caught the flu and had to visit the ER yesterday, to make sure no damage is being done to his heart.

And to make it complete, my daughter, who lives at home, and does a lot to take care of us old folks, has now got the flu as well. We are a sorry bunch I must say. lol

I did have some stuff on the drawing board that I'm going to have to nix. I'll just start over fresh when I'm feeling better.

So don't go away, I promise, I'll be back at it soon.

OMGoodness, but it's cold. lol I had to get out for a doctor's appointment today, and I was so happy to get back home. I headed straight for my big recliner chair, snuggled under a blanket and took a long winter's nap. lol

It's recently come to my attention that a lot of people are having trouble opening my files. Especially those using versions of PSP before 9, which is what I use.

I am so sorry. I had no idea.

I want to let you to know that I'm going to spend the week end trying to fix the problem.

I've figured out what to do for those using psp 5 - 8, but not sure about photoshop just yet.

I was so excited to get the tube gifts from Barbara Jensen, today. The tubes this year are so gorgeous I just had to make a tag right off.

I Woke up this morning to our first snow of the season. So of course that means I gotta make a new snow template. lol

I've actually got several new templates ready for posting, but will just do a few at a time. Template89 was actually a different template, but when I saw the snow I had to trade it up with another one.
